The BOSS system (Back Office Support System, a.k.a. your internal agendas in one place) is designed to support internal processes of a company. It consists of a core system, providing the general functions of the type of user administration, tracking history records, access rights and approval processes. It is possible to connect the individual modules that address specific agendas, according to customer's needs, to this common core. Customers are not obliged to buy the whole system if they need just a few modules.
Integration with other systems
A typical customer usually employs another support system as well. We are used to integrating with other systems, so that the individual workers do not have to manually transcribe data from one system to another. We have experience in integrating with SAP, Sun, Lotus Notes, and various relational databases.
Licensing
When purchasing a license
The system is licensed per number of its registered users and modules purchased. The price level is determined according to the number of required users (up to 50 users, 51-100, 101-250, 251-500, 501 - 1000 and more) and individual modules have their prices set for each of the levels.
If it is beneficial to you, we are able to change the individual modules according to your specifications. If that is the case, we need to perform an analysis of the modifications, which also includes the estimated amount of work for development, and you then know in advance how much you will be charged for the changes.

SaaS
We have decided to simplify the SaaS usage in Windows Azure - the price of the first module is 1€/user/month, each additional module is always 10% cheaper (the second one is available for 0.9€, the third one for 0.8€, ...). It is then up to you to decide how many modules you use each month, as you will pay according to the number of modules selected and the maximum number of users in the respective month.
(However, there is a set minimum billing amount of 10€ per each month which equals to 10 users, and the first month is at least 500€ - which covers the cost of setting up an access for you).
Technology
The BOSS system is created with a thin client (web browser), fully supports its running in a virtualized environment and uses the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or higher
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and higher
- .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
- Internet Explorer 7 and higher on the client computer with Silverlight add-in installed
