One of the best-practices in product development. Thanks to them we know on which areas to focus in the future and also how users use the product, which helps us improve it. Still be happy to get feedback from you so that we can keep improving them.
We use this one internally which kind of shows that it makes sense. All requests for office supplies go through it and we plan to use it for other areas as well. Another paper requests solved!
The Raiffeisenbank company implemented a special module we had developed. They use it for approval of all files before sending them to another system. Now they can be sure that all of them have been approved before processing by the next system.
