Make sure your messages from Data Boxes (ISDS) are processed

The Data Boxes System (ISDS) brings the fiction of a 10-day delivery and a maximum 90 days storage period of messages.

Our module will help you solve both these problems. Firstly, it regularly downloads all messages from the ISDS and stores them in a way that ensures their long-lasting validity. Secondly, it informs the user if a message has been left unprocessed for the preset time and thus helps resolve messages in time.

After downloading messages the application will automatically extract all attachments, so that the individual workers do not have to have installed 602XML Filler on their computers neither do they need to update it on regular basis. In addition, set rules are applied to the message handling and messages can be assigned directly to a designated staff member.

Registry staff can manually determine the remaining solvers available for solving the next message. The application helps them with this task using its features "types of documents" and "factual groups" - after selecting the type of document, a solver is automatically preset, but the automatic assignment can naturally be changed. As a solver, you can set a particular worker or a group of workers as well as people with certain competencies.

Each of the solvers may pass the message to another staff member, so that the message processing respects the gradual transfer from the registrar to the head of the department and solver and back, when necessary.

With a detailed set of rights, it is possible to determine exactly who can see that particular message. It is thus possible to provide the right to solve and send messages to all users and still have the certainty that they will see only those messages that they have authorization for. The approval process is mandatory before sending outgoing messages and the message has to be approved by all appointed staff members (if selected, the application also allows you to sent a message directly without approval).

Optional Extension

It provides automatic control of validity of electronic signatures on incoming messages, including checking for the existence of the timestamp and regular timestamping at defined intervals.

It gives you assurance of long-term validity of electronic documents in accordance with the views of experts (we recommend revieing an article on Lupa.cz). The operation costs are also lower than the cost of Data Vault by the Czech Post, where the conditions of use do not guarantee the required data safety.
