The Mobile Phones Expenses module solves the area of processing bills from your mobile phones operator. It automatically processes bills with defined rules in mind, allows employees to access their part of the overall bill, counts deductions for each employee and includes the process of filing requests for approving reductions from this deduction.
By doing all this, it significantly lowers the amount of work for the people responsible for bills processing (no need to manually transcribe data to other systems or check all accounts), provides each phone owner with overview of the amount and composition of their spending which they are able to check and, if necessary, file complaints. By setting the particular rules, you can limit the amount of each item individually (for example text messages subject to additional payment, amount of text messages or length of phone calls) without limiting people by blocking these services.
You can quickly see the benefits in cost savings and transfer part of these costs to individual employees without increasing the workload for processing the statements. When bound by the operator to certain amount of minute-usage each month, you can consider offering employees to transfer personal SIM cards under the business account. Thanks to the defined rules, there is no extra workload on your side and the application automatically deducts the whole amount from the employee's paycheck.
