Organization Structure

You have an organization structure in place - now try to draw it!

The core of BOSS takes care of setting up organization structure and uses it afterwards for approval processes and access rights management. The definitions can be done manually or as a part of the implementation. We are able to coordinate it with another existing system for automatic processing as well. 

This module is designed to display your organization structure in the known tree structure, with the gradual breakdown of the various departments and workers who work within them.

It also includes a phonebook that supports quick search by any parameter or a detailed search by a precise set of parameters. All key information about employees is available in the form of a business card.

You can also record any other key numbers such as your security service. Thanks to this feature, there is no need to look elsewhere and your staff members have all these numbers at hand at one place.

Optionally, you can include a map of your company, which allows you to view a particular employee on a map or do it the other way around - look up who performs a specific position. This feature is especially useful for new employees, who will easily get to know their colleagues.
