The Promotions and Forecast System addresses the complete life cycle of promotions from the design stage, through their planning approval, reflection to the economic or CRM system, and follow-up evaluation of their success.

The purpose of the system is the coordination of procedures and persons involved in the life cycle of a promotion. The process of advertising and promotions management is coordinated centrally within the module, which improves the efficiency in the supply of goods under promotions.

Features:

• promotions planning including the recording of all relevant data necessary for their implementation and evaluation
• creation and management of individual and collective fixed price terms by individual customers or customer groups for selected products
• possibility of phasing out supplies in the promotions by weeks
• visualization of promotion plans in calendar
• promotion rating (compared with the expected and actual sales and costs for individual events)
• a Forecast module for estimates of future sales based on previous results and currently scheduled events, including a comparison of estimates with the time schedule
• integration with other systems which can be further adjusted in the implementation phase
