A while ago we implemented the module for file approval called Charon for the Raiffeisenbank company. Basically it does a simple thing - monitors file folder and when a new file is registered it removes the access rights for users, put the file in an evidence and send a link to all approvers. They check the file and once it is approved it is automatically transfered into another directory ready for processing by next system.  

We have implemented our module DataBoxes at the ALCAR BOHEMIA company. A new extension for check of validity of electronic signatures including periodic timestamping, which ensures long-term validity of electronic documents, was also developed during this project.

No reason to fool ourselves, competition is competition. The more we always enjoy when we, thanks to the quality of our solutions, win.

The last time we did with our DIGI Konektor that provides message retrieval from data boxes. A tool that is cheap or free and is even used in banks.
